• A donation amount together with name and email address for our records

Case studies

Sometimes people kindly share their personal stories or experiences with us.

• We will only collect case study material with your explicit written consent.

• You can choose whether your story is used anonymously or with your name attached.

• You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will remove your story from future use.

• We may use case studies to:

  • Inform discussions in our working group

  • Share anonymised examples in public events, reports, or resources

  • Help raise awareness of VSED choices in a compassionate, respectful way (which may include publishing the case study on our website)

We will never share case studies with any third parties or publicly without your permission.

Donations

If you choose to support our work by making a donation, we will collect the information necessary to process your donation, such as your name, email address, and payment details.

• We do not store or have access to your full payment card or bank details.

• Donation records are kept for financial and legal purposes only.

• Respond to your messages and enquiries

• Manage event bookings

• Send you updates about events or activities (if you’ve asked for these)

• Collect and, with consent, share anonymised case studies to inform our work and raise awareness
